Based on my LinkedIn stalking, promotion from Associate to Assistant Manager after 1 year seems guaranteed, but from AM to Manager after 1 more year seems guaranteed only for non-ops. Some ops YBs/GTPs take 2 years to get from AM to M. From M to AVP, seems like CFS and GCB also take 1 year, while other divisions take 1-2 years with most ops taking 2 years. So an average CFS/GCB takes 3 years to hit AVP while ops 5 years....

thats exactly what i was saying earlier in this thread. if ur doing ops dont expect much. only revenue bringing roles like sales then can promote fast and good pay. ops sit in back office do stupid admin tasks. come salary.sg dua pao xian overinflate their salaries say until can promote to VP here MD there or whatever lj
