Hi, I meant graduate programme.
For math you should have quite an easy time getting into finance if you choose the right specialisation. Do look it up - not sure which Uni you are from but you should be able to specialise in actuarial science or quant finance. You’ll have an easier time getting in than engineering majors imho.

guys no need debate all whether which bank MAP easier to get in blah blah etc.
Apply first and see whether u get or not lol, later talk all this and that in the end go big 4 Audit (not saying all in big 4 audit sucks but we know the general trend) or some SME finance dept. This MAP whether its more or less competitive than the other local bank MAP still pays a damn decent salary and definitely ppl fight for it

how is salary increment like after 1 to 2 years for this program?
I see from linkedin, usually the associates become AM after 1 year and Manager after 2 years in the program

totally unrelated to the thread post but I want to ask how to get easily hired in banking industry for call centre positions? I have applied several banks but all get rejected. I am a fresher. do banks really ask for prior experience for this position

Look on glassdoor. The AVPs in OCBC earn about 6k and just decrease from there.
