If u entered in 2021, you should have received a decent bump as part of pay adjustment. If u just joined, as fresh grad, (who usually join mid year due to local uni intake), increment is minimal. 500 tops. if u are not fresh grad, u'll be part of the review cycle. And it can range from 0 to low 1k+ depending on performamce
