But gs is a good company name leh, so even if you go to the ops department, you can jump to better offers after 2-3 yrs. no wonder I see so many local Uni even those with fch going to gs ops too

Pretty sure half of the ppl sh*tting on gs ops in forums couldn’t even land a BB ops grad interview. Btw 5k a month is above the median salary for nus/ smu 4 year Biz degree by a few hundred $$$

Lollll just for you to know that many other companies do hire private Uni grads too even gs, jp m, boa, AWS…May not be a lot but they do, does this make the company bad then? I don’t think so.
Instead of categorising a company as bad just cos it hires pri u students, provide better insights as to why it’s bad….

These kind of people shitting on other companies cos certain other people got in are just inferior and the fact that they themselves can’t get in. Hence, for them to feel better about themselves, they have to resort to shitting on others.

5k a mth so common. GS supposedly pay the best salary across functions alr. If the highest paying company for ops only offer 5k, you can see how much they think ops is worth
