What's the bonus like for all our 3 local banks this year? Heard it was just announced this week. Better or worse than last year's?

damn fking good which is very surprising, i thought the mas 6 month ban and disruptions mean less bonus

but apparently thats only for the ceo and the top people lol

im avp, my bonus was 22k... last year i only got 14k, year before that, 15k...

No, the less bonus is only for the CEO and the top management, SVP, MDs and above. The rest are fine.

My friends at DBS also got 20k+, I heard a specific dept in IBG got over 40k bonus, crazy.

For my department (non revenue generating department) was 3 months for performance OT (on target). Heard those who got AT (above target) had 4 months.
