have offer from citi mortgage specialist and GS ops. cant decide which to take. Is citi mortgage role better since it is front office?

Highly likely you are not from GS Ops. 3 months bonus is only for this year and not every year. VP in 6 years means promoting almost every year which is extremely hard.

BB ops. The local bank MAP is ********. If both ops just take the offer eith higher pay and gtfo asap

You mean even after a bumper year for banks last year their bonus is only 3 mths? LOL. How much is the bonus in a normal year then?
