generally how long does it take for local fresh grads to promote? like from analyst to associate for dbs/ ocbc and senior officer to manager for uob as compared to foreign banks

Am currently in goldman middle office and they don't even allow me to claim reimbursement to sign up for cfa. Operations team in a bank is like second class citizen. Trying to get into FO but my skills are too irrelevant fml

have fun being stuck there. gs is well known to promote "internal mobility" but strongly prevents u from moving FO
