there was nothing wrong with the agreement... I just felt personally that I shouldn't sign as the job may not be fitting for me. 8 years is a long time...

Ya I also didn't sign, come to think of it, 8 years very long. If bosses or environment not good. That's it, u will have to suck it up for many years. And if u fail the CAAS papers, shake head too. To those that still considering, good luck

obvious plot to take in FT with fake degrees. They killed the poly students and totally destroyed the poor ite's student's dream to go poly to become a lae.

New pay scheme
Well.. apparently.. there's a new CA just to counter the Degree trainees.. IMHO.. sooner or later.. There won't be a full time LAEs in the company.. All will become contract staffs and the "FT" becomes full time staff.. Can you imagine that a "FT" office contract staffs are paid more than the "full time" engineers on ground?? And the worst part.. they are given Ot almost everyday and every off and rest day.. When the people working on the aircraft are working their asses off to get a miserable pay.. And the company "super senior management" said the Engineers are over paid compared to india LAEs??
