Short survey on juggling part time studies and full time work

Given the relevance of this forum to our research on the above topic, we would like to solicit your opinions on a couple of questions in a short survey as below:

The response will enable us to gain insights into the push & pull factors when you are deciding to sign up and complete a course while juggling with your work; which is probably few of the most challenging milestones that you will ever come across in life. The outcome of the survey will also help us understand the continuing demands for part time courses conducted by Autonomous Universities, Private Education Institutions as well as training centers.
