For experienced ppl join govtech, how they determine your job grade?
exmaple last drawn 8.5k with 10 yrs experience, will there give you the common grade G?

depends on your relevant experience, interview performance too. got 9 YOE swe also joined as G, could be paycut for you since is calc in total annual package, what they offer you btw?
