Seeking advice for mid career direct contract hire. 2 yrs contract ending soon and my RO submitting application to convert me to perm.
Shld I be expecting pay increment on top of AI? What is the % usually?
SVC, DBA, grade H.

nope nothing on top. you need c plus to be considered for perm

If 2 yrs contract, 1st year default C, 2nd yr C+ can get conversion?
