Some company have the condition you have to complete the entire year of service to be entitled the bonus

By right can only retain bonus if resign after Dec 31. If you wanna resign early, can try your luck but tbh no point risking it over 2 more weeks of service.

I’m interested to apply for a role at GT. if the role didn’t state it’s a contract role. Can I take it as it is a perm role?

Got ppl applying but your hiring managers are slow to hire. By the time the HR got back to me on the verbal offer (more than 1 month later), I had already accepted another job offer.
