1 month AWS, 1 month corporate, Performance Bonus can vary from 0.75 to 4.5 x month. Average for PB is around 1 month. So you're looking at 15 -17 month annual salary.

Hi, do you mind sharing the process before the offer letter is signed?
Like the time taken for HR to get back to you after the interview. When did HR asked you to fill in the G50 or security clearance form, etc? Thanks!
