And i think also posting. I rmb the HR person told me they have to find a suitable agency that suit the track i am applying for. He did ask for my work location preferences so I guess there's some matching they'll need to do at their end.

interviewed w govtech recently and i got to spoke with 2 folks from an agency (i.e. i was already accepted at that point in time). they were rude af considering the fact that i am potentially a future colleague haha. rejected the offer straight way.

from an agency meaning what? u applied to a seconded role under services in another SB/Ministry?

well there isnt rly an incentive for me to lie since i have already rejected the offer. just wanted to share my experience since there were some mentions of toxic govtech employees above
