How many months you got this year and last year for getting C?

B performance grade with 3 months bonus. As a new bird with not much expectation for salary, I was grinning the whole day when I see my May pay slip with all the bonuses added in. Hehehehe

I keep seeing this question so I thought it might be good to tell you, your mic is the one that decides the pct you get for increments. There's an increment budget pool given to your mic and he does what he wants for his staff. There isn't a standard that all depts adhere to. So depending on who you ask the answer will always be different. No point asking
The May promotion letter does not include mdr yet or AWS.
