Any1 can give a suggestion for my expected salary? 12 YOE and applying PM (Agile)
Current annual pay is 95k.

For those thinking of leaving because of job scope, should probably talk to your RO first, seems like they would be able to do something about it.

Let’s just put it this way, I probably would have stayed if I knew there is such option available. Go talk to your RO or HR partner and work something out. Not easy to find a good company with technically capable bosses.

If 12yrs relevant exp, I think 8100 is too low but you gotta see total comp not monthly base only.

if they are not hiring for a individual contributor position, they are unlikely to give u more.
