you'll get something when your probation ends (assuming you're perm) but it is classified as Miscellaneous One-Time, not IBP or CPB

OHhhh... does that mean the annual increment is only after the probation ends as well? Anybody got HR benefit in their payslip? What the hell is even that?

Yeah the AI isnt much so taking pre- & post-AI still getting ~0.9x instad of 1.2x

u can check in workday, under hamburger menu, go to pay, go to Bonus & One-Time Payment History. from the record there would have the percentage awarded for different type of bonus.

anyone knows what is the bonus rate for each performance grade? Isit consistent throughout govtech.
