actually this was the strategy of a 5000 pax semi public agency under MTI, before the new CE came in 2018/2019 and overhauled the remuneration system.

It works either way

Last time before I join SB, my annual increment in private sector was around 7-9%. Situation seems different in SBwith lower MI than outside. Salary crawl uphill like snail, beri the tired..
