1) What does innovation lab do exactly? I asked during the interview, I was told it involves innovations CAG-wide, big or small projects.

2) How much do the test results matter? I didn't really do well (in my opinion) for some of them (e.g., the comprehension about the artist).

It was a typical interview. I think it's a screening type of interview to get the ideal candidate(s) to the second round.

Anyone went for this interview? Its a non degree/diploma position, need only GCE. What is the pay like? Tks.

Face time culture. Cannot leave work until your boss leave, even if you sit there and do nothing and pretend to work. Some teams better than others, personally I think some of the FTs there are quite arrogant. Look down on us locals and diploma holders. But what to do, need job so suck thumb.

I just like the BS that goes on in this forum. 1.8k for a O/N level freshie is "kinda low". Everyone here is making few hundred thousand a year.
