5.8k (+AWS & 3-4 months bonus) is pretty high for 5 years of work..

What is your salary progression like, and which industry are you in?

In the logistics industry. Anyway unless something happen, more or less confirm I will get at least another 400 increase to 6.2k in Oct, so the CAG offer makes no sense for me. I will just try my luck and see any room for nego, otherwise just move on.

I went for 2nd interview at changi, they will get back to me in 2wks time, I have been wait for more than 1wk now. any idea? Do I still got chance to get the offer?

Ask for $7k. Else basic too low, esp if bonus cannot cover. Chiong ar!

Depending on which operations, I was SA under innovation was drawing 6.2k. I believe AM should be 7+k?? Left a few months ago...

CAG's bonus is around 4 months for an average performer. 6 months for good performer. 8 months for top tier.

Depends on exp. Most are 6k+ though some can reach close to 9k.
