They will look at ur experience and asking salary.. if ur asking salary not within they range than reject cos they have so many options to choose from..

Offered a AM position on the operations side for 6.3k which is below my expectations. Anyone know what is the salary range? Thinking of negotiating for at least 6.8k

5 years, currently on 5.8k already, so their offer of 6.3k is very below my stated expectation.

You have to consider annual remuneration package. How many bonus are you getting now and CAG expected bonus.

Bonus now is 1 month aws + 3-4 month variable. Do you know on average CAG ops pay how much bonus? When I ask the recruiter, she didnt want to give me an estimate just keep repeating depends on company & individual performance.

Should be close to what you getting now. 5 years means you graduated in the year 2011? Is it local U? What hon class did u get?
