Local grad senior associates? High 2s to mid 3s. AM mid 3s to 4s. M mid 4s to 5s/6s, depending on your work experience.

This is quite accurate, 6 years local degree here, getting mid 3k. But bonus is around 6 months.

You've gotta be kidding me!?!? 6 years of work experience and they pay mid 3k? Is it because you are from poly diploma? Why does anyone even bother to stay there? That's like 50% below market rate...

They really don't pay that well, they compensate you with bonus and other staff benefits.
Maybe people stay for the bonus and the benefits and the airport environment. But there are also a lot of people who leave because of the salary and lack of work-life balance, and perhaps of the stress competing with "elites".

assume fresh degree grad start at 3k
annual increment at 3% for 6 yrs
1 promotion increment at 4% in between
after 6 years should be 3.7k-3.8k

But how much bonus can they really pay that’s above market? Even if it’s 6 months like you say, that’s not enough to justify the absurdly low salaries. Civil service is already offering close to 4 months and some private sector industries are already giving 6 months or more. And why is working at the airport a selling point? I’ve heard of people wanting to work in CBD for the “cool” factor, but airport…
Not implying you are wrong or what, but were there any special reasons why you weren’t getting the merit and promotion increases? Honestly I find it hard to believe after reading generally very good comments online/offline and also reading news they are voted best employer in Singapore. CAG seems to be ranked very highly in the papers at the same level with giants like Google, Shell, P&G etc., I find it hard to believe they pay a mid-career PME at 3k+ even if their perks and work environment is better (big if)

Yup 3.7-3.8k after 6 years, even on an 18-month package, kinda sucks.. Considering e.g. all the flak the big 4 guys get but their annual packages at year 6 is probably still quite a bit more than CAG.

Let's be honest here, other than a few PR news, which uni grad really believe CAG is at the same level as Google, Shell, P&G or any of the S&P500 MNC?

Local degree. I tried looking out but the locations are quite off (I stay considerably near Changi). Even for interviews, I need cab to/fro in order not to disappear for too long. Actually inclusive of bonus each month is 5+k. My wife (graduated with me) works in a foreign bank and is making that around figure too (almost zero bonus in recent years).
