Highest bonus for Cyber & R&D is about 4 months for Band 2 and 6 months for Band 1

More towards incompetent. Jenkins is totally free. The majority engineers in ST are just below mediocre and just want to get a fixed income job to waste their time aimlessly.

No, ST is actively hiring all the time cuz a lot of people left within or around 1 year. Furthermore, no one wanna join

They need to take care of their existing staffs. New staffs all pay hirer than the laojiaos, of cos will cause internal unbalance issue. D

That's why my division all the senior never help the newbies. Let them figure out. Let customer scold them etc.
Learn on the job.

Can't be higher paid no experience and need to be pampered and trained.
