I find those MNC very funny de
In st, even as fresh grad, I can apply to be a program manager or senior engineer if I have a bachelor degree
In those mnc, all my applications hit the wall. One agency even told me to be realistic.
Program manager is higher than project manager so need at least 5 years experience.
Senior engineers also need 5 years experience.

You got a timeline?
What??
MNCs promote you if you value add or have the right connections.
They won't give you a time line that you can follow and rise, like the
Longer you work the higher you climb till your terminal rank. That's stupid
A breeding ground for lazy unmotivated bums.

Those that has been there 20 years and above. Let me describe them. Too comfortable, afraid to move, know that they wont survive outside , afraid people outside is smarter, afraid of changes, even if company B were to offer them way higher, they wont go, not because of job security but afraid of competition. Because all the smart ones would have left. the lousy one stay, that is their competition. Very old mentality and will never adapt new ways of doing things.
Typing this, because i was one of them, came in e5 became e6 within 2 years, m1 within 3 years, m2 within 3 years. I took the plunge and left after making a decision not to work under an army personnel. I struggled at first, but pull up my socks. Now i might be an Zhuo bo m3 or a staff engineer in a manufacturing sector. i choosed the latter. in my 40s but did not regret my decision.

Lau Puay Hui of ST Infosec Senior Principal Engineer, can you stop acting in such a selfish manner? Your habit of agreeing to every client demand, even the unreasonable ones, puts unnecessary pressure on the rest of us. We end up working tirelessly to meet unrealistic deadlines that don't make sense. Even when we voice our concerns, you dismiss them, insisting that we empathize with your position. It's frustrating to see you prioritize your own interests without considering the toll it takes on the team's well-being. Several of us are struggling with mental health issues due to the constant pressure of your approach. Yet, you seem indifferent to our suffering as long as the deadlines are met. You continually rely on us to help you meet these demands, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and disregarded. It's clear that you only care about your own agenda and disregard the feelings of others!
