I think that's a uniquely ST attitude problem. Completely missed the point of finding the best talent for the job.
You hire someone because that person has the best chance of delivering results
Not because he has a better degree.
Even my HR from overseas find the Singaporean ideology to tie everything to a paper qualification very peculiar.

This is the mindset then. Every degree should shake leg and perform adequately only. Diploma start from e4. Work their way up, why put them more disadvantage by limiting them to m1

Yea, good to retire and resign. Just tendered, my boss say can wait till replacement. Haha, told him i using up my remaining mc as i feeling sick of the job.
