Ard 5-6k for Grade 8 depends on your scope too. recent pay adjustment was quite good too

yeah no need. depends on role. but just get long sleeve with work pants and leather shoe

I recently left lta few months into the job while still under probation for another opportunity but have come to realized it is not working out. I am tempted to reach out to hr and my ro for my old job or possibly other role in other department. Any one done that before? Or any advice or tots to give?

I would say it depends on the circumstances. How you have performed while employed, and if you have left on good terms. People come and people go and some return. It’s common everywhere, esp private sector. The q is whether you willing to stand by the past and the future decision, and how you can overcome gossips which I’m sure there will be.
