Are you suggesting that people do engage criminal activity by getting outside help to help trace people illegally? Or are you suggesting that police and SingTel or whatever illegally give up user details without a court order? Or are you suggesting a court order can be obtained just because someone rant online about his company?

Maybe should trace you first for your insinuation

Chill people.. Honest opinions or not, it is just represent the opinion of a person. no right or wrong and like it or not, everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

Someone may think highly of a certain dep, others may not. it could be many factors like unpleasant working rs with certain people in the dep.

As long as you dont go posting things that could identify a person causing reputation damages and having no supporting evidence on what you post, i dont think people are so free to hunt you down.

Hear, hear! Give you virtual bonus for good sense!

So far don’t think anyone has been identified, the only identifiable person had good things said about them. Hahaha. Shows that if people are blameless, no need to fear forum opinions?

Bad people don't get identified ..so easily (if you try hard to infer you may know who) because of course the risks of getting the poster identified may be high.
But I think the main purpose of identifying certain kinds of behaviour here and what not, is to give people a "true" picture of this organization. It's not a bed of roses like what is portrayed out there, people should not only know the good, but have just as much view of the horrific before they join...

Actually for those who don’t have personal involvement or tiagong about certain incidents or issues or depts, it won’t be so easy to infer.

Nothing is all bad or all good, a lot depends on who you need to work with. If you have a look at the comments on other agencies, they are even more pointed, here considered quite good already!

Key is depends on who you need to work with, and whether other comments on other agencies are even more pointed, that's a personal judgement . One can recall the mass exodus not too long ago from TG (esp the div heads), which i am sure alot can attest as to why people leave (although there is also replacement).

Really? Thought most people would hesitate to burn bridges, except in cases where they feel they were really wronged. If that’s the case, wouldn’t most people give the usual reasons for leaving like wanna do something else, higher pay and whatnot?

Anyway, unless someone has really done you wrong, naming and shaming doesn’t really benefit anyone. From other perspective, they may also take the view any managed reshuffle was for the greater good, more efficient, better performers to replace and so on. And how would you show otherwise, without all sides wasting a lot of time to try and prove their point? If people don’t wanna listen they don’t wanna listen

Errmm, i think your view is seriously imbalanced. The pull factor for people to leave any company is that of prospects. The push factor for people to leave any company is often sh*tty bosses or colleagues, low pay vs workload, etc. So I don't think you can say that leaving is always for the better, and certainly not "most" (unless you have the stats).

In terms of naming and shaming...I think most complaints here are because people suffer tons of wrong here, suffer in silence and that's why taking to this place to let it out :/

From what i know, most of my friends who leave, either is sick of the environment (politics, bullying bosses, no psyche safety etc), job scope change (cos here can pivot like siao), or yeah just the simple beautiful reason of really higher pay and progression outside.
