But I think the main purpose of identifying certain kinds of behaviour here and what not, is to give people a "true" picture of this organization. Actually for those who don’t have personal involvement or tiagong about certain incidents or issues or depts, it won’t be so easy to infer.
Nothing is all bad or all good, a lot depends on who you need to work with. If you have a look at the comments on other agencies, they are even more pointed, here considered quite good already!
