From my experience, if you make an assertion, especially those opinions that find no agreement with bosses, you may expect to be questioned - even repeatedly - for a justification. But here, you give no reasons or examples to support your statement, how do you expect talents to believe your word of caution ?

Then if you want to be fair, you should address your statement to the countless number of opinions before this ( there's one TG one right above). Perhaps you yourself have given a reason .

“Countless number of opinions” is yesterdays news, flavour of today is how to recruit talents to TG (reframe the question to make own point - another important skill you will learn from working here). The poster ask what is working environment in IT role but so far no one answered directly, only making statements to effect of stay away cos you may be on your own. If you are the poster or other readers including bosses who are trying to recruit talent to digitalise, won’t you be puzzled?

Reframing is one trying to twist the plot to something favourable to one's own agenda. Perhaps you should address the one that says turnover rate is high. Why ah? :S

Ding donging to the moon and back, and OP is still none the wiser on his query. Reminds me of how certain questions are answered after the iterative editing process - I have more than one instance of stakeholder calling to clarify what do you mean by this email response huh, I be thinking already told my boss my view the cleared response doesn’t answer the question but if they insist what can I do - just my own impression.

Turnover rate - I can imagine some bosses saying that attrition is normal in every company, people leave for different reasons, or out with the “underperforming” staff and reward the high performers!

Depends when you joined right? Hahaha

To give them some credit, there are some improvements I do like - the rest & relax weeks and the renovated level 8.
