Didnt know DD are paid so low. Always thought all DDs draw at least 10k based on the posts i see here

Apologies, typo. Not realistic for 6 years working exp to be offered DD anyways, DD usually at least 10 years or more.
6 years of working experience in pte sector, got offered AD in banking supervision for 7.5k base. is this an acceptable offer?
