Nope, am a degree holder and came in as XT6, not from HTDs

Then that's not possible. Either you aren't speaking the truth or your degree is not recognised right from the start. 10 years of increment and pay revision can 100% confirm you won't still be less than 6k

Bro has 10 years of experience. Not that he is in civil service for 10 years.
Got low balled badly... I'm XT6 with close to 10yoe at 7+k with 13th month incorporated and 4% adjustment. Waiting to see how much is promotion increment this year.

Can someone from HR or management enlighten me. Why do associates get to be promoted to XT7 from XT6 despite having C C C+? Or C C B instead of the usual 2 Bs in 3 years? Also they get to do it within 3 or 4 years?
I have been working for close to 10 years. I came in from another stat board. Yet here I am still stuck at XT6 getting lower pay than the young staff. Why? Why is it like that? I have been taking on so many more roles. Now I kena arrow for goods receive role.
I don't get it man. When will life be fairer?

Take it or leave it. Associate are the better ones and they will always have the priority to be consider for promotion, not the usual farmers.
