Can someone from HR or management enlighten me. Why do associates get to be promoted to XT7 from XT6 despite having C C C+? Or C C B instead of the usual 2 Bs in 3 years? Also they get to do it within 3 or 4 years?
I have been working for close to 10 years. I came in from another stat board. Yet here I am still stuck at XT6 getting lower pay than the young staff. Why? Why is it like that? I have been taking on so many more roles. Now I kena arrow for goods receive role.
I don't get it man. When will life be fairer?
