I heard one agency. Govt ask to work 2 days at home.
But the people from this agency go home after lunch.
Some can even knock off earlier. With this kind of culture, even capable ppl will stay when it is so relaxing lah.
Knock off early and relaxing? Sound like JLB to me. But down the road things still need to be delivered. Then when sheet starts piling up those that are capable would leave, while bad eggs remain. And the vicious cycle continues..

But if I can get into that agency I think I will stay. Too bad I dun have that chance.
Doesn’t matter to me whether I am capable or bad eggs as long I finished my works and anything that is assigned to me so it will not be JLB.

Suppose the benefits is same as those emplacement /perm staffs?
Typically 2 years, with chance of early emplacement. I got emplaced after 1 year 3 months into my contract. No extra benefit from getting emplaced whatsoever. Everything is the same.

What's aggravating is seeing imbeciles getting good score just because they know how to show off their presence to snr management to score points.

Good scores are given to those that do CCAs, but it doesn't even matter if they are crap at their core work. It's so ridiculous.

It's a typical "if u are capable, u do more" agency. But it doesn't mean if u are not capable, u get lower grade. What is important is learning how to carry balls and eggs.

Noted with thanks.
Does apply leave whether is AL, family care leave or mc and so on is easy?
Or it is very hard to get approval?
When u start your job, when will be better to apply leave?
I know certain pte company dun allow to take any leave within the first 3 months except mc.

Really easy. Auto approval for leaves below certain number of days (3 I believe). No such thing as not allowed to take leaves within first 3 months. Don't worry.
