How much is the range of assistant manager in PSA.
Aside from good bonus, what benefits to they have.

Depends on your goal, if you are just looking for a stable career. ya it is a good scholarship to have. If you are looking for above market salary, you should look else where. My pay basically tripled after i left there. haha

The titles in PSA are small compared to banks and even civil service.
A bank AVP is around PSA's M/SM, VP = AVP1, SVP = VP, etc.
I would say AVPs only comprise about 1-3% of total PSA employee numbers, hence you must really be a top performer to get there. Unlike civil service you don't get to retire at your CEP rank if you hang on long enough.
When seconded overseas an employee will typically take on an external title.. eg a M can be a GM if he is leading a smaller BU; an AVP could be a MD or CEO/CFO/COO/Director..
hope this helps.
Executives:
Exec -> Sr Exec -> AM -> DM
Section Managers:
-> M -> SM
Department Managers:
-> AVP (2 levels. AVP2 can sometimes be titled Head)
Officers:
VP (at least 2 levels, VP2 can sometimes be titled Head) -> SVP -> C-suite

Culture and Compensation in PSA Singapore HQ
Yes! Would like great if someone could share if the culture in PSA Singapore HQ is good or not. Are people kind? Are people overworked?
Is anyone familiar with monthly/annual salary for Asst Mgr or Deputy Mgr?

AM around 6-7K
DM around 7K -8 K
People are kind and not really "overworked", but sometimes, you have to stay late.

Previous poster is correct, but it is based on 17-18 mths / 12. The monthly basic is lower.
I am yet to see a large company described as "kind". Lol.
