Nope, it was based on 16 months.
Kind means colleague are friendly and helpful.

I think overstated if based on 16 mths.
In terms of annual,
DM around 80-100k pa
AM around 70-90k pa

What is the basis of this statement? PSA's annual report is publicly available although they are not obliged to do so.

Look at the figures yourself viz 2016. PSA is becoming less competitive amidst the market landscape against monoliths like DP World.

You mean from fresh?
E -> SE -> AM -> DM
About 5-6 years at the quickest.. If you come in directly as DM around late 20s to early 30s.

On the contrary I know of ppl who left bcas it the progression is quite slow (seems like average around 8 years or more)
E -> SE (2 years)
SE -> AM (2 - 3 years but most people take 3 years)
AM -> DM (3 years at minimal - depends on various factors such as your performance, team structure, budget, etc. some people don't get promoted even within 3 years and leave)

Yes, I said at the quickest. Also depends on your own performance and how you manage to stand out and get noticed.
