Based on recent chatter I overheard from NCS colleagues, I am expecting a mass resignation wave from NCS Cyber after a weak bonus outlook. I expect the more senior perm staff (>3 years) to have the highest turnover next month due to pay mix stagnancy in lieu of market conditions.
Base salary just isn’t competitive enough against the prevailing market rate for the amount of work that needs to be done. The worst part is knowing that top management does not have any visibility on the workload but yet still can influence the bonus payout at their discretion.
Good luck to all Cyber leaders.

Based on this, I suppose it will also affects the other departments too.
Have there ever been a mass layoff for the nucleus program?
