Anyone knows if NCS 5 Year Nucleus Programme is a 5 year contract or?

Meaning to say, if I decided to job hop after 2 - 3 years, do I have to pay any penalties, serve any bond or? I do know that the masters will be forfeited.

What is the average waiting time between the verbal offer and the employment contract, for the Nucleus Programme? i have received the email where they extend their offer to me, but I have yet to receive the employment contract. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now
