Despite being conscious of all the bullying and abuses that are taking place, they choose to act blur.

When staff raise issues with them, they nod their heads while covering their ears. No outcomes in the end.

That's why there's a mass exodus as people have given up hope on IMDA.

As what Ho Ching mentioned, kinderland should have whistleblowing channel in place.

IMDA has one.

Shall we provide content and evidences here - s://.imda.gov.sg/about-imda/contact-us/whistleblowing

Cause IMDA just keep going to MOF for $$ for projects. On top of that, they also ask for headcounts. $$ sukak sukak spend lor, but headcounts are not filled. Just look at the org chart and you can see many ‘Vacant’ positions. Probably after this, IMDA HR will propose to remove any indication of Vacancy. LOL

Couldn't agree more to this! IMDA HR has buried themselves in la-la land when some depts have constant staffs turnover and instead of reviewing the HOD of that dept, they conducted half-hearted and curated exit interviews and then formulated a conclusion that the staffs leave on their own accords. Full of BS.

yah if you have a choice, better don't. There are too many senior citizens Directors and Deputy Directors leeching around and waiting for retirement who proclaimed 30+ years of IT experiences, knows it all and all BS and no action type. To survive, you need to form strong sisterhood clique with the Ds. Buy breakfast, snacks, coffee, be a YES geisha, play MJs, laugh and pray and shower blessings together. Then you will be a top Geisha with smooth path ahead.
