80% quiet quitting? Does that include dept directors as well?

I can understand that the poor minions at the bottom feel like this. How about the DD and D of their respective dept, do they feel equally hopeless that despite having 'power', they really have no control over their work due to LCH? Anyone in power cares to share their insights?

He must be a real nightmare to work with/under. Hang in there!
JK = hyena

AO = grizzly bear

SC = fox

Hyenas are supposed to be smart, not this JK. She's not even smart enough to hide her multiple identities on this forum. But yeah hyenas are a little mad so that is quite accurate.

The same one whose reputation was so bad that he couldn't find a place to nest himself after his secondment?

The same one who talks in a "i am up here, you are down there attitude" ? The one who doesn't want to come down to the levels of non-scholars coz he thinks he deserves to be up there coz he scholar mah... ?

Frankly if this boss of his promotes this scholar.. She deserves all the criticism he and his multiple personalities are spewing on this forum

Red face

Oh what a delightful marvel of leadership we have in our CE LCH! With absolutely no relevant experience to speak of, he has valiantly taken it upon himself to personally attend to every minute detail of our work.

It's truly heartwarming to witness his boundless confidence in steering the ship despite the glaring absence of expertise. His poor staff must be thrilled to have their expertise overshadowed and swept aside by the sheer brilliance of our all-knowing leader. Who needs logic and reason when we can bask in the glow of such visionary decrees?

Hats off to LCH for single-handedly redefining the boundaries of leadership and making us all wonder why we ever bothered with silly things like experience and industry knowledge in the first place!

IMDA HR has some of the most amazing ppl around. They clearly don’t work in the interests of the very ppl they are supposed to look out for. Just two jobs for some of the black sheep there - oppress and recruit (to oppress).
