I think imda as a drama has a lot of potential to revive mediacorpse haha. Confirm many pple will watch this show.
There should be a 3.1 for CC and VO, and a new sub plot 7 for SS (currently in STG, previously in DISG)

Maybe Netflix will pick up our proposal...

I would suggest a whistleblowing culture (which is practised at other established companies), if only internally within your department. You can simply send an anonymous email to share the truth about what you and your colleagues have experienced, first to your HOD and later escalate it up the chain of command if nothing is done.
Spencer chua is a colossal jerk!

Doesn't bother to shield his own people. Even when they are bullied or got arrowed to do more things, he just tell them to suck thumb. Yet, the truth is he doesn't want to fight for them and risk making himself look like a dissenter in front of the bosses

He also likes to use underhand methods to attack others...definitely a cunning person

Oh no I'm not reporting to her. And I'm seasoned enough to handle rude behaviour. Such scholars usually overcompensate for their lack of depth in knowledge about frankly anything. All that brown nosing takes time you know!

If you are a fresh grad, please don't join IMDA. Don't make the same mistake as me thinking it can help to propel you in the tech industry. The acronym IMDA turns out to be a fking liability on my resume when I apply for jobs now.
