You all assume you all know better. They have access to info you don’t have. You can give your advice, make suggestion to modify, but what makes you think your ground view entitles you to decide on the overall direction better than his helicopter view?

I’m not in IMDA. In another organisation that has to guess what the dear leader wants. Basically gotta redo until you guess what they want.

A clear decision is a godsend

Not so simple. Today say A, tomorrow will want B. Other times we're playing same guessing games as you.

LCH's worthless views are more like underwater view, where all his ex staff aka naval divers are at. Haven't even reach land, let alone helicopter.

When is the earliest to tender if don’t want to forfeit PB?

How did civil service even come to the conclusion that LCH is scholar material? IMDA is really suay to have him parachuted here man...

Even people in PSD knows that IMDA has degenerated but well.....IMDA staff morale isn't tied to their KPI and bonus anyway

As long as it's a decision-maker role, non-managerial also painful for other teams working with them. People already at step 10 they still at step 1 trying to grasp the basics and asking questions about basic things, not able to produce any solutions yet want to command the situation. Other agencies have complained and it's embarrassing.
