Default The M Condo

At the close to $3K PSF that Riviere is charging, it looks better to go for the M condo instead. Location-wise, both are almost equally good, as they each have their points. But with the M going for as low as around $2,4xx PSF, it looks a lot more attractive especially in terms of rental returns. Which perhaps explains why the M sold out over 60% of its units within a week of its launch, and only the higher floor units are left, that are inching closer to the pricing of the Riviere.

For those where are interested in taking a look, note that the M condo showflat is not at the actual site. Instead it is located at Prinsep Street, just opposite Parklane Shopping Mall.
