Default The Poiz Residences

Coming soon in Potong Pasir is a new project from MCC Land. The Poiz Residences, one of the best upcoming mixed developments in the country, will consist of 731 units for residential use. Future residents will be able to enjoy the vibrant lifestyle from different commercial establishments that will be built below.

The location of The Poiz Residences is truly a major selling point for this development. This is just a few minute walk away from the PotongPasir MRT station. Car owners can also take any of the expressways and roads if they want to head to the city. There’s the KallangPayaLebar Expressway, Pan Island Expressway, and the Central Expressway to name some.

On top of that, there are also well-established educational facilities within the area. For those who will live here with their children, they have so many options to choose from if they want schools with high standards. Some of the names known in the field of learning in Singapore are near The Poiz Residences. You may opt to enroll your children at St. Andrew’s Secondary School, Cedar Girl’s Secondary School, St. Andrew’s Junior School, and more.

With the vast range of commercial units available for its residents and guests, The Poiz Residences will cater everything that you need. But in case that you need more to suit your lifestyle, there are still several amenities that you can go to. Purchase your groceries at the NTUC Fairprice Supermarket or at Prime Supermarket instead. There’s also the HDB Hub Shopping Mall, Shaw Plaza, a couple of food strips, banks and other place with a wide array of activities to offer.

Most of the facilities here at The Poiz Residences can be found at the 4th level of the residential building. No matter what mood you are in, you may relax in any of the available gardens such as the meditation garden or the lantern garden. Lounges are also available whether you just want to sit down to take a coffee break or want to meet up with a client to close that business deal. Other facilities that will soon be available at Poiz Residences include swimming pools, BBQ area, playground, fitness room, party deck, family pavilion, spa seats, and many others.

When it opens its doors by the first quarter of 2020, The Poiz Residences will become one of the most luxurious mix developments in the country. Not only that it will provide a lavish place to settle down for everyone but it will also be filled with establishments that are going to give the whole MeyappaChettiar Road more vivacity. Be a part of the energetic lifestyle. Be part of the lively community that is second to none only here at The Poiz Residences.

Hey so it is 2020, what have you done? Does any of your residences have a composite decking or a terrace?

By the way mine I purchased from [URL="s://.dinodecking.co.uk/"]dinodecking.co.uk[/. This guys make composite decking from reclaimed wood and recycled plastic, isn't it amazing? So composite decking is eco friendly and doesn't get harm to our environment. I chose it also cuz this material is produced in many colours. And finally it doesn't get scratches as wood, and is not afraid of sun/rain/snow.
Do you have any feedback for them?
