Savings - less than 10k
CPF less than 5k in OA
Car - get back 15k if i sell now
House - 2.2mil (loan balance 1.4mil)
Commercial ppty - 600k (loan balance 400k)
how does it look?

stocks - 460k
various funds & endowment - 250k
condo - worth 1.3m, 400k loan left
HDB 5rm - worth 570k fully paid
gold - 2600g, not sure worth how much now
