13th mth plus anything is a bonus, some work in private sector don't even have 13th mth, just a angbao token

technically it's money due to you. there are 52 weeks in a year and we usually count 1 month as 4 weeks, so when you do the Math, you get 13 months. so you can't really say 13th month is considered a bonus. it's the way it's presented and packaged to us to look like a bonus.
