Now, LTE grade 7 going to finish 3 year contract.
Will renew another 3yrs or get perm.
Monthly $4700
How do i fair? Feel need for pay ajustement and proper increment.

I am currently 38 years old working in the private sector and looking for a civil/public sector opportunity for more work-life balanced and long term towards retirement.
Currently drawing around 170-180k and would like to at least same salary structure.
Wonder what title/role should I applying for both ministry and stat board?
