Depends when you joined. I am male and joined MX13 as a first job at 30 (yes took a long path for not studying when younger). At 33 then I could become MX11...........means you count 4 years+- from MX13 lor.

Hi guys, I’m 26 with NS and close to a year of working experience. Fch in a local uni and got offered 4.1 in a stat board. I feel I was getting Low balled as compared to my friends in other stat board as they were drawing a high 4. Am I getting underpaid? Hope to seek for some useful advice

Depends which stat board and if specialised role of course paid higher. If generalist, then cannot expect to be paid high even with FCH.

Generalist roles pay lower than specialist schemes. Not worth to join govt sector as generalist unless you have no other offers from pte sector.
