Less than 2 years lol.

Thanks for the feedback...i dk if HR will be happy with me leaving halfway in contract...like sometimes uni send offers out very late

What's the difference between having 2 years or 3 to 5 years work experience anyways? Suss is still a local uni. What's the discrimination like??

According to this reddit post, my degree only determines my starting pay and if i am gonna get hired. If i am willing to work hard at my job, i don't see why not I get the promotion and pay increase.

Of course not. Heck, NTU is not even seen to be on the same level as NUS. The more elite ministries and statboards are full of NUS and Ivy League grads, and not so many NTU grads.
