anyone know what's the usual starting salary for MX11? (second class honours, local uni grad, if it matters)

btw, assuming he is a poly grad, he should be around 37 this year.. this progression is average

Look at the jumps over the last 3 years. You believe a company would actually pay outsized increments? In the declining hospitality sector no less.

Must be dreaming.... You need to shop around a lot more if you think those numbers are realistic.
