Default Contract

I have an offer for a 1 year contract with a ministry, just want to check if anyone knows the successful rate of re-contract?

Just concerned that I might be jobless after a year

In my agency, weekend confirm got email. My colleague just mimic what my boss would say, "If the Chief Executive can send an email on a Sunday night, I don't see why you can't check your email on a weekend."

I think Ministry lagi worst, esp those involved in Covid ops such as MOH, ICA, MOM, etc

Because they are paid much more. I don't see myself getting paid as much, so don't compare me with the CE.

Agree. We could be better off being a FT here.
